Dr. Ryan Sullivan

Dr. Ryan Sullivan is born and raised WNY native who graduated from Lackawanna High School and the University at Buffalo, where he received a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. From there, Ryan received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012. He continued his training at the General Practice Residency at the Denver Veterans’ Affairs medical Center. Following this, he returned home to WNY and began working as a general dentist while keeping up on the latest continuing education for all phases of dentistry.

Dr. Chlosta graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.A. in Physical Anthropology. He completed post-graduate research in neurophysiology at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  He then attended Tufts University, where he obtained his degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) in 1985. 

He returned to Buffalo in 1985 to join the family practice of Dr. John J. Chlosta, D.D.S. and has continued to serve the Western New York community with patient-first care. Dr. Chlosta is a member of the American Dental Association, NYS Dental Association, Erie County Dental Society, and the Tufts University Dental Alumni Association.

Dr. Chlosta and his wife, Susan, reside in Hamburg, NY. They have three grown children, Kathryn, Karen and Jill.

As of September 1, 2026, Dr. Paul Chlosta has merged with the practice of Dr. Ryan Sullivan at Hamburg Dentistry.
